    I was expecting a pdf download but it seems they're actually going to post me the book (within 28 days) - fingers crossed it arrives in time for Christmas as I know just the person who'd like this!

    Well, that's not strictly true...

    I got the email too:- which says that the book was subject to availability, and they have run out of copies.

    However, a full digital download of the book is offered.

    Considering they didn't have to offer anything once the hardback books had run out, I think that is decent of them.

    The people who were really interested in reading the book will download it.... and those who responded as a quick way of getting something for nothing, to flog on Fleabay, will remain empty-handed!;)
