Anyone else finding this "soft & fluffy" stuff a bit weird? Bread is one thing I really don't want to think of as fluffy.

Not at all. It's much better to have soft bread than rock solid - especially for buttering and having with soup.

Fluffy can be a texture, not just a word to describe fur or hair.
