hi,started a dmp with cccs/stepchange in 2009,mbna via restons issued me with ccj in 2010 ,credit card taken out pre 2007 should the ccj [which is now on my property] stand ? ps didnt know about cca/2003 then.thanks

As the CCJ has already been granted, I think its too late now to make a CCA request in relation to that particular issue.
It would only possibly be of benefit to you if they could not produce the original copy agreement, before the judgement was granted.
I`m unsure if non production of the correct document now, would be a reason to have the CCJ overturned.
