Thanks bluesooz. That's an interesting one. It doesn't say anything about Sky/Virgin Media in the T&C, so I don't see how it counts as a condition of entry. If their form doesn't allow a 'neither' option, then I would go ahead and tick one of the boxes, and argue later (if needed) that their form didn't match their T&Cs. My guess is it's probably just an oversight. But of course everyone can decide for themselves on this.

Is The Africa Channel only available through Sky or Virgin subscriptions? Maybe they're just trying to get a feel of their viewer base?!

The Africa Channel UK reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. The Africa Channel UK may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page

But regardless, I can't imagine it'll be a problem if we're not actually Sky/Virgin subscribers. Gotta win first!
