    It just worked for me, I did not put in any credit card details but did enter all the other details.

    The small print at the bottom of the page says you need to have registered by 15th August 2007 to get the 500 points.

    I got my 500 Nectar points for signing up to Hertz club membership from July yesterday. I was getting worried that I would not get them.. but they eventually turned up.
