Second Home Mortgage

Contemplating buying a second property in the future to be bought as our retirement home which will not be rented out. Will keep our current home as well and use the second home at weekends/hols until retirement.
Could any brokers out there give some advice as to which providers lend on second homes? Would like to read up as much as possible before speaking to a mortgage advisor.

You need to provide many more details such as both of your ages, your income, your retirement dates, plus any savings/cash you have at the moment. Also indicate what the likely value of your current home (is it mortgaged currently?) and the cost of this second home.0

No - we cannot give you names of providers as that could be seen as 'advice' which we cannot provided without knowing your full circumstances.
Many mainstream lenders will do this subject to overall affordability.
Once again - one for a broker to handle.I am a Mortgage Broker
