There seems to be a £10 offer on though - not quite as good, but not bad!

Are there any charges to cancel any booked flights?

Exactly! I've been wondering this too! As it seems 3 people in my group of 10 have dropped out for the booked flights.

Does anyone know whether I'll be charged when they don't turn up?

My husband believes there may be a cancellation fee. That may be what the "catch" is with these "free tickets." People booking for groups in a short time frame (24 hour flight giveaway etc. etc.) usually don't have time to ensure everyone is definitely available on such short notice and then may be forced to pay high cancellation fees. It makes sense to me.

According to the T&C - to change the name on the ticket costs £70! But there is no mention of cancellations. Which worries me. :(
