How to enter
For your chance to win, simply fill in a quick reader survey in the new issue of the Beauty at Tesco tablet magazine. The winter issue lives within the Tesco Magazines app. To download this app, go to the iTunes or Google Play app stores and search ‘Tesco Magazines’.
The reader survey must be completed by 23:55pm on 1 January 2015. All fields mandatory. Terms and conditions can be found below.

Closing date for receipt of all entries is 23.55 GMT on 1 January 2015. 3. To enter, participants must download the Tesco magazines app on to their tablet. The Beauty at Tesco winter issue can only be accessed on the Tesco magazines app. To enter, participants must answer all questions on the survey via the Survey Monkey link which is in the Beauty at Tesco winter issue and provide a full mailing address with postcode, email and telephone number at point of entry.
4. All participants who meet the criteria and entry process in term 3 (above) will be placed into the prize draw. Only completed surveys will be placed into the prize draw.
5. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted. Only the first entry made by a participant will be accepted.
6. The entry instructions form part of the terms. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms.
7. No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple reproduced or computer generated entries, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
8. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received.
10. There is one winner of the prize draw which will be the first entry drawn at random by an independently verified computer system from all entrants that have completed the survey.
11. There is one prize that will be issued in the form of a voucher to be redeemed against a two-night SenSpa break at Careys Manor Hotel, New Forest, for two adults sharing a twin or double Oakwood room on a full board basis. The prize includes breakfast each morning, a two-course Thai lunch and a three course dinner each day. Winner and guest will receive a treatment each from the selection of one-hour treatments available at SenSpa, subject to availability, a 30 minute Rhassoul mud experience for two and a mind body class. Prize must be taken Sunday - Thursday from 1 February 2015 to 31 January 2016, excluding bank holidays, Christmas, New Year and Valentines and is subject to availability. The prize does not include travel, meals other than stated, alcoholic beverages, additional spa treatments, classes that require payment, spending money or any other hotel expenditure.
12. No cash or alternative to the prize stated, and the prize is not transferable.
13. Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. Prize winner will be notified by post, email or phone within 28 days of the closing date. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within a further 28 days, or cannot take the prize for whatsoever reason the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve redrawn by an independently verified computer generated system.
15. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
16. This promotion appears cross media with different treatment.
17. Winner agrees to take part in publicity relating to this prize draw with no further recompense.
18. Winner’s details will be passed onto a third party for purposes relating to the administration and management of the prize, by entering the prize draw, you consent to your details being shared in this way
