Your in the wrong board, go and ask in the savings and investments board.
As you have been told, this board is for people who are in Debt crisis and are struggling to service their debt, you are not either of those.0 -
As has been pointed out, this really is the wrong forum to ask for investment advice if that's what you want to do.
My advice is if you have the opportunity to take any amount off your personal debt, then you should seriously consider doing so (I'm guessing your mortgages allow some overpayments). You have numerous properties, but it's widely accepted the historical low mortgage interest rates are only going to go one way. Taking any amount off your debt pile in advance of that can only be a good thing, otherwise you could easily be back on here in a couple of years in a far more desperate situation.
Also, if you only get 0.2% on savings you need to pay more attention. The long-standing savings account I use as a backup pays 0.5%. My ISA pays more and even a cursory look at a comparison site suggests 1.4% is what you should have for an easy access savings account. And it's easy to beat that if you tie it in for a period or regular savers etc. Before you spend too much time fretting over investing in more property etc and rush into more debt, perhaps you should evaluate where you keep your savings and maximise assets you already have.0
