Hi am hoping for some help here...I`m planning to retire next yr and was wondering if the CSA can take deductions from my pension EVEN though it was part of a pension sharing order...(My exwife got 33%)

So you should expect to pay for him for at least the next 5 years? Longer if he goes to university? So pay him/them upfront and dont make the CSA claim it from you.

Yes, of course they will take it into account. It is a part of your income, and maintenance is worked out based on income. Why would you expect to stop supporting your child?
Bear in mind that unless you are an very high earner and/or have a very high pension, it is highly unlikely that your maintenance covers anything close to half what it costs to support your child, so it's probable that your ex-wife is, and will continue to be, out of pocket compared to you.All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
