School Voluntary Contributions

Hi all.
Just to give you the facts regardless of personal views.
If a school trip takes place in school time it is classed as education in school hours no matter where you go - theme parks, hollywood bowling or a museum.
The school letter should by law state and in clear terms that it can ask for a voluntary contribution but your child will not be treated differently if the parent is unwilling or unable to pay.
