Hi please please help
My mum has received 2 tickets in 2 weeks. First for no blue badge via able but it was there and for parking in parent/child bay. She was collecting me and child from the pet shop
We sent an appeal with evidence of blue badge. They refused it
She is now in a real panic because they are threating court action
I contacted the shops but no one seems to have employed this company but they don't seem that interested
Any advice. Thank you

That is the link - read that everything you need to know is in there.0 -
Or if it's a letter threatening a court claim after 10 days or whatever, you need this one and can send a robust reply (NOT an appeal):
Parking - Letter Before County Court Claim (LBCCC) - Fight back! Guidance Thread
and this one about complaining assertively and urgently to the Retail Management of the actual retail park, or the landowner:

Going into the shops and speaking with random employees won't help. Sending a complaint about Equality Act discrimination of a disabled driver (by email to the CEO of major retailers, or on their Facebook page) will do! Or Google the name of the Retail Park of course, to find a result about who runs it - have you not tried that yet?! Get complaining by email/Social media this week, and deal with the response to UKCPS at the weekend if not cancelled in 48 hours.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
