So stressful!

Hello!
Been reading lots of posts and until now I never realised how stressful it is moving house. I sorted my own mortgage when we bought our first home, no problem - but this time, I am so nervous!
Should I freak out or not?
We have sold our house and had an offer accepted for what I hope to be our new home
We have a joint income of 68K, both our credit ratings are excellent (from what Experian say), we have no CCJ/Defaults, our borrowing against available credit is very low - we do have a car loan, credit card and I have a personal loan. All our bills are paid on time, no arrears. We both have secure employment which we have been in for over 6 years.
Hopefully we will choose the most appropriate deal tomorrow to start our full application and I am TERRIFIED. This is THE house - we have been waiting for an opportunity to come up and we have got a great deal.
Anyone else in the same boat?

I'm in the exact same situ although I'm a first time buyer. The not knowing is unbelievably stressful isn't it?! I'm like you in that there is nothing bad in my financial history, but I'm still freaking out because people just keep saying how strict they are now. I'll keep my fingers crossed for both of us0

Any deal can fall apart - that is the nature of it.
All you can do is provide everything requested, complete, and as soon as possible in order to keep things chugging along.
