1st credit are constantly hassling me by phone and letter even though I've wrote to them saying I'll only deal with them by letter. It's so bad that they've actually started calling my dads mobile! I have no idea where they got his number from and how they even connected us but I'm absolutely furious! How do I deal with this?

Have you sent a letter using one of the telephone harrasment letter templates from on here - if so then I would report to them to OFCOM and the FCA.
You may also want to a section 10 notice under the DPA see the bottom letter on post 1 of the link below (although don't refer to the OFT it needs to be the FCA.)

I've already sent them the harassment by telephone letter so I'll go ahead and contact OFCOM and FCA about it. Thanks very much for your help.Do what you want because in the end people will judge you anyway.0
