Entry only open to residents in UK aged 16 years and over who are enrolled with Facebook (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).

Entry excludes all employees, and their families, of the Pirelli Tyres Limited (“Promoter”) or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.

To participate in the competition, Users must visit the Facebook page of Pirelli UK ( http://www.facebook.com/PirelliUK), click on the “LIKE” button within the Ken Block app. and fill in the registration form with their data, accept the conditions for participating in the competition and provide their consent to the handling of their personal data.

Once the registration procedure has been successfully completed, Users must submit their question to Ken Block (detailed below in clause 8).

Users may register to participate in the competition multiple times.

Entries must be received between 24th November 2014 09:00 GMT and 27th November 2014 23:59 GMT inclusive.

Questions will be selected at the discretion of the Promoter’s judges panel to be the most interesting and relevant questions.

The “Ken Block Q&A” will be held in Monza, Italy during the weekend of November 29th/30th 2014.

For each question asked to Ken Block on the “Ken Block Q&A”, a Pirelli Bluetooth speaker will be given to the supplier of that question submitted through the Ken Block app.

No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits items or additions. No cash alternative is offered and the prizes are not transferable.

Any tax liability arising from the winning of a prize will be the responsibility of the winner.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if circumstances make this unavoidable. Any amendments will be published on the https://www.facebook.com/PirelliUK.

The entrant is responsible for deciding whether or not to accept the prize offered and for taking into account any risk or consequence involved in acceptance. The Promoter is not liable for any costs exceeding those of the prize itself.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotion at any stage in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.

Full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry. Entry shall be deemed to constitute such acceptance.
