Need help with a competition win - KIDS MAGAZINE

Hello im really stressed, my daughter entered a competition and she won.. on the 31st October 2014 we had a call to confirm our details, we was excited.. but nothing as arrived 
my daughter cant remember the website thou :(
She won a ipad mini and a robot dog (was runner up prizes of the dog aswell) anyone runner-up out their waiting ?
comp end date was 30/10 or 31/10
Do any of you compers remember posting a comp like this at all please??
I have googled it and been looking but cant seem to find it
Came up on my mobile id as 0207 xxxxxx i know its a london number cant remember the rest ( it was a few weeks ago)
Please inbox us as she is very disappointed as you know sometime you have to chase competition wins, its nearly been a month.
I WILL BE SO GREATFUL TO YOU GUYS !!!
