They're on this page :) they still come under £20 if you choose to organise it by price, but they have a yellow banner under the picture saying "now £10" :)

    Beware of Currys/PC World.

If you don't get the deal you are looking for, be wary of the non-Black Tag alternatives. The TV I have been watching out for a deal has INCREASED from £499 to £629!

The same TV is £479 - £499 elsewhere so the new price is a long way from competitive.

[EDIT] a second one I have in my bookmarks has gone from £499 - £599.
Funny you should say that as I've had a range cooker bookmarked on the Currys site for about 10 days and surprise surprise yesterday it went up from £699 to £799  honestly they must think we're stupid!!

Only thing I've bought this 'Black Friday' was a box of pain killers and no, I didn't get a massive discount. :(

This whole thing from America is just to simply fool the gullible. All the dirt cheap TVs on offer are no brands, barely worth the cardboard they're carried home in. Granted, there are some genuinely good offers but that can be said for 99% of the year.

All of the decent branded goods will have been artificially inflated several weeks ago in preparation for today's OMGZTOTES AMAZEBALLS DISCOUNTS.

A friend had told me today they felt like they've robbed Tesco for buying a Blankupt/Technika (whatever the dogdoo it is) TV with an advertised £random number discount. The same friend also applied for a payday loan tonight to help them over next week because they had to spend their money on this once-in-a-lifetime offer. It's hilarious, I swear a little pee came out.

My money is staying firmly in my pocket.

Had been looking for a good microwave deal all week and the best price was Argos...less than half price .£149.99( rrp £250 ) down to £69.99.Wanted to reserve to collect in store as Argos is next door to the Tesco that I made an eye test appointment at.(first available appointment was Friday and had broken glasses so it had to be then, wish it had been another day as parking was a nightmare)Tesco was very, very busy and Argos the busiest I have ever seen it.Paid for the microwave which is as much as £306 elsewhere on the internet, got the £5 Gift card and used it straight away to get a set of Jamie Oliver knives...they had been £30 but were £7.99 yesterday , so only paid £2.99 for them. Now to spend the day working out how to use this very nice combi microwave!!!!

I was only saying to my husband last night when watching the news footage of the carnage of inside the stores and everyone who was fighting was fighting over those cheap t.vs not a sony or samsung in sight. It was laughable.

I managed to get two dvd boxsets on Amazon at very decent discounts.

Checked the price history on camelcamelcamel and Amazon's previous selling price beforehand- they were still very good deals all round. Such a discount was unlikely to be offered again in the future IMO.

Three more however which I got into my basket had just a £6 discount so more than likely in the future will go down to that price again- didn't buy.

    Shearings Holidays.

A couple of weeks ago I looked at a 5 day holiday to Scotland for £157.00

Big ad yesterday saying Black Friday 10% off.....£144.00

Couldn't get through yesterday so rang this morning. Acted ignorant when I was enquiring about the same holiday.

Today it is £129.....eh, what's that all about then....
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
