Be aware that response rate is not as clear cut as you might think as manufacturers are craftily using different ways of measuring response rates to make it look like their model is better.. Some 25ms panels are much better than 16ms panels. Some 12ms panels are reviewed as even worse than the 25ms ones ( because only a low number of colours switch at the 12ms rate - other switches are much slower)..

I have read several reviews where people have Digimate monitors of both the 12ms and 16ms versions. The owners state that the 16ms versions are noticeably better !!!

One of my TFTs has a 40ms response rate and i don't notice blurring on that.. I do notice the lower contrast range though ( dark parts of photos are not very detailed )..
