Cease and Desist Letter

Hello all, my hours have been cut from 37 to 15 per week, so things have been a bit tight over the last couple of months.
As a result, the belt has been tightened. One of the things that had to go was my gym membership. The debt has been refered to heir DCA. I have written to them advising of circs, and offering a £1 a month. They ring me several times a day and leave messages. I have written to them requesting that my telephone number be removed from their system and the system of the DCA, the response has been no. Does anyone have a cease and desist letter quoting the appropriate anti harrassment clause please.
They have also suggested that they will not accept £1 a month unless I am in an IVA (sounds like nonsense to me). This is a temporary situation and I do not feel it necessary to bother a debt charity for such a paltry issue at this time.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Did you cancel the membership in a minimum contract?
Which DCA?:beer:0 -
The letter would be pretty much common sense, but you could probably pick some bones out of this : https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/67072413#Comment_67072413

479 months, this is the reason for refussing. send them a soa proving all you can afford then they will have to acceptDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Yes, write to them, state what you can afford to pay.
If they refuse, complain, in writing and check back once they respond to you for advice on complaint wording.

Only a Judge in Court can REQUEST to see an I&E, so tell Dewi Fox to sod off and accept the £1.00 or put their refusal in writing - which they wont do.
they will just huff and puff and moan.0 -
send heir DCA a nice letter advising them to refer it back to the people you owe the money to , as its in dispute , any further contact from them will be harassment , if they continue refer to British gas v Fergerson , http://www.5rb.com/case/ferguson-v-british-gas-trading-ltd/0

This still looks current for telephone harassment
