    Not likely. I thought only joint banking would link you financially.


    You wont have a chance with you both applying for a help to buy as you need a squeaky clean credit history. So apply in her name and get a deed of trust.

  • It's possible that by sharing an address with you on the electoral roll that there could be a financial association created, however she can 'financial disassociate' herself from you with the credit reference agencies to prevent this - there is a form, I believe, on the respective websites for Experian, Equifax and Call Credit.
