Vax Sale

Can anyone advise me as to trying to gee up Vax? Despite emailing them repeatedly then have the Mail Daemon message telling me that email address doesn't exist, then to rub salt into the wound they keep you waiting for 15mins at a time on the phone (costly).
this all goes back to 29th Oct. when I ordered a power washer on their sale, yes you've guessed it I am still waiting delivery 25 Nov No more dealings with Vax.
