There are all sorts of concealers out there, and all sorts of prices
Rimmel make one, it's in a tube like lipstick, which I quite like, also Boots 17 do one in 3 shades too, both seem to be £3.99, going through to the high end brands at over £20.
Why not do a search on Boots website , there seems to be about 100 to choose from , you could narrow it down to your price range

Concealers are your best bet. But you can get a great roll-on treatment by Simple called 'Kind to Eyes Revitalising Roll On'. I often find that my eyes are really puffy and 'bruised' on a morning, and I roll it on before I put my foundation on and it really helps. Maybe trying to help it, instead of covering it, is the best way?0

Maybe consider going round the makeup counters and trying all the different ones?
They'll be expensive, but should last a reasonable time.0 -
Are you well enough hydrated? Dehyrdration can make it worse. I also read somewhere about liver function affecting under eye circles. I believe it is milk thistle which is supposed to help.0

SUGGESTIONS..
1. Google to see if dark circles under your eyes could be a symptom of either your MS, something linked to it or any drugs you take.
2. Does having more sleep help ?
3. Use cold water to wash face with. Allegedly Kate Moss puts ice cubes in sink of cold water and dunks face when she has a hangover/puffy face.
4. Nose around cosmetics counters in Debenhams or Boots etc and see if you can get testers of (a) products supposed to reduce circles, puffiness etc and (b) concealers for eye areas.
5. Try slices of cucumber on your eyes to soothe them0 -
I'm always reluctant to recommend skin products as we are all different, however I'm prepared to make an exception! Recently tried Flora Mare eye cream only because it had very good customer reviews and I could return it if no good. Well I am astounded! It is brilliant, I look less tired and fresher. For the price definatly worth a try.SCP # 034

Sunshine
Lots of sleep
Big glass of water before you sleep and when you wake up
A roll on caffeine stick, I use the L'oreal one in the green tube, reduces puffiness
Good concealer & corrector. Use corrector first to neutralise any blues / purples. Then apply small amount of high coverage concealer sparingly. I like the Collection 2000 one and Maybelline everfresh.0 -
