Question
Husband has a car crash , not his fault , injuries which there are claims for now. How does compensation work with undischarged bankruptcy ?
Husband deserves something as has not nice injuries, currently has his back strapped up and loss of earnings ect.... ect...
If he was awarded anything, is it gonna be taken off him for his bankruptcy ?

Hi,
He will get to keep any monies paid for personal injury and suffering but not for such things as loss of earnings etc.
