Divorce in NI - help needed!

As the title says, I'm seeking advice on divorce in NI. There's not a lot of advice on the process here compared with England and Wales.
The OH and I have agreed to divorce - it won't be contested, so we should be able to do it without solicitors.
We have no children and don't own a house, so it should all be straightforward (I hope!).
HOWEVER, he has suggested that we should have a financial agreement in place. I'm in favour of that, and we've agreed that we want to have no claims on each other at any time in the future. Can anyone suggest the best (and cheapest) way of doing this?
Solicitor?
Court order?
Do we need to have a financial agreement in place before the divorce petition is submitted?
Thanks in advance.
Here's my previous thread on making a will, I was grateful for the help given to me at that time

One good side-effect has been that I've lost more weight (and kept it off) - I'm down to 8st10lbs and have stayed that way since last year!
So there's always a silver lining lol.7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs 14 Feb: 10st4.5lbs 21 Feb: 10st4lbs * 1 March: 10st2.5lbs :j13 March: 10st3lbs (post-holiday) 30 March: 10st1.5lbs 4 April: 10st0.75lbs * 6 April: 9st13.5 lbs 27 April 9st12.5lbs * 16 May 9st12lbs * 11 June 9st11lbs * 15 June 9st9.5lbs * 20 June 9st8.5lbs 27 June 9st8lbs * 1 July 9st7lbs * 7 July 9st6.5lbs0
