My granddaughter has just developed a liking for lush products, especially the bath bombs.I am shocked at how much they are,and how much postage you have to pay,Can anyone suggest another place to buy them? I have looked on ebay but there are a lot of products that seem to be similar and I don't want to get the wrong ones.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Get her to make her own. Bulk buy ingredients on ebay. http://www.homemade-gifts-made-easy.com/how-to-make-bath-bombs.htmlBut a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Lush have quite a few shops now so have a look on their website for your nearest.
I would imagine she might want Lush ratber than Boots etc- Lush stuff is very sparkly and colourful, and does smell lovely! It is totally overpriced in my opinion but I think its all natural ingredients.
As regard ebay just look for thngs that state they are Lush not just 'bath bomb' and you should be Ok. Look at the packaging, Lush is very distinctive.0 -
I would go into a shop and buy, instead of online.
Yes, they are overpriced, but they are amazing! The lush store that I buy mine from always demonstrate how each one works, with a big bucket of water, so you know what colour the water will turn, how glittery it will be (if at all).
This time of year they gave their Christmas collection out too. Look out for Father Christmas, it smells lovely0 -

I agree! Lush is luxurious for a reason, but really, you're paying for the brand name, not the product. If you check on ebay you can actually find a lot of Lush products at cut prices - often because people get them as gifts and don't want them. It's worth having a look.0 -
My girls love Lush products, and so do I! We get them for birthdays and Christmas and other special occasions. I do buy from them as I support their anti cruelty ethos and the natural products do work amazingly (clearing daughter's troubled skin in 3 days!) but, I think the bath bombs in particular are a nice little luxury rather than a product I would use daily (with 5 girls in the house that would be £10 plus just on bath bombs a day!). With our girls they each chose a particular Lush product for daily use but the bath bombs etc. are 'treats'. If she is the creative type have a look on Pinterest, there are loads of recipes available for bath bombs and lush dupes. You can order the ingredients online http://www.mariasself.com/p/lush-diy.htmlNo buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!0

Thank you so much everyone for all your suggestions.Although postage is £4 it would cost as much for me to drive into town and park.I have looked on ebay but it is difficult to know you are getting exactly the right thing.
I would have preferred to get body shop stuff, they have more offers on and not so dear but you know teenagers, they know what they want!!0 -
Just a heads up for next year!! Go to their Boxing Day sale .Loads of bath bomb sets half price. We stock up, a years worth!Yes we spend a fortune but not half as much if we went during the year.Life is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.0

I don't buy Lush any more for a long list of reasons, among which is price and reliability of their products. But I wanted to say that when I was regularly buying their stuff I had a lot of problems with online orders arriving damaged. So if you're looking to buy presents, it's worth going into a store.0
