welcome finance, and my ill car again !!!

sorry if this is in the wrong part of web site !!!

we have been with welcome finance for a few years and are currently on our 3rd car with them, as we have upgraded to a newer model and our apr is very good with them as we are good payers !! we have never had any problems with our other 2 cars till now !!!!!
anyway we got this car last august and it had to go into the garage in september it needed £320 of work doing i argued with welcome about it and i managed to get them to refund me.
now again the car is ill, it keeps jumping as cost me £20 again to have a diagnostics check and they can`t find nothing wrong, have checked if vauxhall have recalled them but they have not, so it is going to cost more eventually when the car finally gives up with this problem.
can i get welcome to take the car back as faulty goods ??
can i get them to replace it with a car of good working order??
fed up we paying money for a car that seems to always be unwell !!
thanks for any help
