They're scammers based in China selling counterfeit merchandise. I stupidly got taken in by them, lulled into a false sense of security by the co.uk domain name into thinking they were legitimate. The shoes I received were really bad fakes, but because I was able to get a letter from a legitimate UK retailer confirming this, Mastercard have given me back my money and opened a dispute with Mastercard International.

The funny thing is that the people at Contec7, after ignoring me for 4 months, have suddenly decided to offer me a refund if I return the shoes to them (at my own expense, of course). I have no plans to do that, and was also advised by Mastercard not to do it because the shoes are evidence that Contec7 is dealing in counterfeit goods.

I want these people shut down. Can't believe I fell for this scam.
