In addition I have been made aware that some entrants are being denied access altogether. I would suggest that you contact Real People directly if this happens to you.

MrsEmma, it seems to be a common problem.
"There may be some issues with registering accounts. On the log in link there is an option stating ‘No thanks, I like typing’. I suggest that if you are unable to create an account, you enter by this method until the problem is resolved"
I can only suggest you try that option

You will need to re-register too. I hope this helps and will sort out the longstanding problems. To err is human, but to really mess things up you need a computer.0 -

I think you've made a mistake with this one. 'Pharell Williams' can't be the answer that's left as he's the artist 'Who sings the first line of the Children in Need single, God Only Knows'. After answering all the questions I was left with 'Kilimanjaro'.
I've PMed crispydragonfly.'...luck came to those who left a space for it.' Terry Pratchett0 -
Thanks Midnighter. That is correct. I had the answer marked correctly on the puzzle but was obviously suffering from Pharrellitis last week

Scorpioangel, the OP has the following note and the updated link

"Important The site has upgraded and you will need to re-register to enter. I have updated the entry link below. Hopefully the problems mentioned will now be resolved."To err is human, but to really mess things up you need a computer.0 -
I BELIEVE (just an assumption based on problems on this site and feedback from another user on here and certain people winning multiple times) this site had a problem with people entering multiple times and so have changed to try to prevent that and stop the cheating. If you look at previous winners on the old site there were a couple of people who won nearly every week - which given the number of people that enter competitions is almost (but not quite for the pedantic ones) impossible.
Hopefully the rest of us will have a chance to win now with our one entry (following the rules of the competition). The full rules have also changed now so they can exclude some people from entering. Some people SHOULD in my opinion be denied access.
Good luck to all who play fair and follow the rules0
