My experience with Npower was....they did absolutely nothing!
No suggestions of a pre-pay meter, nothing....apart from taking my money every quarter!No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
Thanks everyone for your help with this. My landlord is doing the switch for me (he's a relative - I'm very lucky).
I can't help thinking that deposits and prepaid meters are another way of bashing bankrupts. I'll bet there are more people with 'fuel debt' who aren't bankrupt than those are or have been. And we're so much less likely to get into debt as we are, by necessity, living within our means.
Thanks also to EON for coming onto this thread and being so clear and up-front about it - even though I didn't like the message! Saved me from applying and getting turned down.
