Barclays PPI

This is probably a silly question,
I've had a couple of loans with Barclays, amending them when offered a lower rate.
Whenever I've done this, I've been repaid all the payment protection payments I've made as they weren't used.
When I pay off my loan, will I receive the payments back if I haven't used it?

I know I probably won't, but thought I'd check.

The answer is probably no. The most important point is try not to take out ppi with a loan. Try looking for stand alone cover that you pay on a monthly basis. It is very much cheaper normally and it can continue longer than the five years you get with off the peg cover. You can find providers all over the net. Just google sickness accident and redundency cover. You can get it as cheaply as £3.99 per £100 of monthly cover the last time I looked

    I hope this helps

    regards

    Peter
