The last comp tweet posted was actually yesterday - is this a 'weekday' comp only I wonder? There's also guidance in terms below regarding when you can enter...

It also looks like people have made more than one guess in a day, but terms state

Entries will be ineligible for the prize draw if they:
are incomplete;
exceed the maximum number of entries allowed per person;
violate the rights of any other person or entity;
are received outside of the Promotion Period set out below; or
are reported to violate the terms governing use of the Website.
Only one (1) entry per person per day will be accepted.

Also useful to know:
To enter the competition, participants must tweet in the longest word that they can make from the selection of letters included in the image tweeted from the @MSAccessories UK account that day with the hashtag #KeyboardCountdown between 17-28 November 2014. Entrants can use each letter more than once, and the word must feature in the Oxford English Dictionary.
Winners will be selected by a panel of judges from the Microsoft Accessories team during the competition, and will be selected at their discretion. Each prize will consist of one Microsoft Universal Mobile Keyboard. There will be one winner selected that receives a ‘Prize Bundle’, containing a Microsoft Universal Mobile Keyboard, an iPhone 5, a Linx 10 and a Sony Xperia T2 Ultra

Thanks toniq, brilliant find. Can I just query if you have to use all the letters at least once, because rememberer doesn't have a g? I've been struggling to understand exactly what they want.

And can you enter previous day's words, or just the current day?

Hmm didn't think of that, If you put all the letters 4 times into that solver in the link above and order by longest should give you something with the G
