MBNA/Link Financial want debt settled...

Hiya

Just had this in the post. Apparently, Link have been sold my debt by MBNA and are asking for full payment. I have been BR since January so I dunno whats going on - I thought the OR informed these people of BR ??

Do you think I should just ring Link ?

Hi sweeper,

You could ring Link and give them your details, bankruptcy ref, date and court but my guess is that you'll find them "hard going".

The easy way out is just to pass the correspondence over to your O.R and let them handle it; it's definitely nothing to worry about.
