Neat ideas have with any order a free mp3 player which features voice recorder, radio, 256mb for music or data files,usb 2.0 connection earphones extension lead and driver disc.

How do they know if you're a business? If you're self-employed, surely they've no way of checking.

EDIT: Just checked their T&Cs and it looks like they can reject your order purely based on the SIZE of your order:

Neat Ideas reserves the right to ... refuse orders at its discretion including, without limitation, ... orders in a size that are unlikely to be for business purposes.

Based on what Ivan has said, looks like they might just send you your order without the free gift, and you end up paying a hefty P&P charge for a low cost item which you wouldn't have otherwise purchased. :doh:
