Help statute barred claim received
Comments
-
No, you can just submit your defence as Sourcrates says. You can do this online if it's a Northampton case.
Just bear in mind if Drydens/Crapquest start playing silly b***ers and making things up then you will need the help of legalbeagles.0 -
I responded to the claim on 7/12/14 advising that the debt was statute barred. On 15/12/14 I received a letter from Drysdens explaining that they
are referring back to Capquest for further instructions. " No further action in respect of this claim will be taken until we have received our clients instructions".
I thought the claim would be stayed if they dont respond to the court. How long can a case be stayed for?0
