Only For Facebook users: A survey of people's Facebook use and their emotional understanding

70C on CS so 88.2 cents (assuming premium membership + task bonus)

So already worth more on Neobux without any bonuses.

    676328
    Relevance estimation
    level_2_contributors

14 cents on CS so 17.64 cents so already level with Neobux before the bonuses.

Just a brief comparison, but gives an overview that typically Neobux is better, even without the $70 membership.
676330 $1 on Elite, no bonuses but no need to pay for premium membership.
    676328 $0.20

The problem with Elite is that despite it being run by Crowdflower some of the jobs don't appear there, when I asked Crowdflower about that before they advised me that the task author can stipulate which sites they want the jobs to appear on, as Elite was quite new then presumably more of the jobs appear there now right away. On more than one occasion in the last month jobs didn't appear there but were on Clixsense and Neobux. Other times jobs came through there after they had elsewhere, leading to less being available.

With regards to the cash outs per 5 days on Clixsense it is Monday AND Friday, so 4 days away and then 3 days away, so more regular. In addition to that Clixsense don't cap your maximum cashout at $50 per 5 days/cashout. Some of us (including me) regularly make more than $50 in the 5 days, not always but regularly enough for it to be annoying not to be able to cashout my earnings when I want to. I do like that they do instant payments though.

The site that I use isn't Elite, not usually anyway ;) I don't publish the fees here, or the jobs that I see there, as they aren't available for everyone. I do try and post jobs that I know for a fact are on CS/Neobux though :)

At the end of the day each site has flaws, some the money, some the cash out methods/amounts/fees. I use a couple of sites, as that works best for me, but most I do on one site. Some people like the leaderboard, others like to earn a bonus, even if they aren't going to get the best money, for the motivation that it brings. I was just offering comparisons between Neobux/Clixsense really, as that was what was asked (I think? My memory is foggy at the best of times!) :)

  • Good grief, how on earth do you manage to regularly make more than $50 every 5 days? I'm lucky if I can earn $1 a day on cs :(

I do around $20-$30 from Monday -Friday on CS and another $20 maybe from Friday - Monday. Then on my actual Crowdflower tasks this week I did $68 (ish) from Monday - Friday + another $30 but that was from what is likely to be a one off task (MIT one which I believe you can't redo for X amount of time after you do one).

Some weeks (good weeks) I do lots more. I don't task that much these days though so I wouldn't always hit $50 in 5 days from tasks but if I did hit the tasks for weeks on end I'd have a balance getting bigger and bigger and no way of getting it. On several occasions I've not been able to login to Elite for days, due to it telling me that I'm not registered in one of their accepted countries, this would then delay me by further days, but then prevent me tasking of course :rotfl:.

I think with tasking and other sites like neobux Clixsense and Swagbucks everyone does what works for them. When i first started with online stuff i was with Swagbucks and didn't think i'd ever do others then afew months later i joined clixsense and now i do neobux. I just do the three above and couldn't see myself trying any others. but that could change. I understand when people say they prefer to do everything in one place makes it so much easier and that was my view until recently. I could probably earn more by doing surveys on the actual survey sites rather than through a third party but again i don't think i could manage them all lol i'm quite organised but know my limitations. This is why threads like this are so useful keeps us all motivated and updated on new stuff.

Samplicious have lost the plot, logged on to see 18 survey invites  and two more since I've been on!!

Knowing them I'll be lucky to get one of those.

I do the same as you, OW. I use the three sites daily. I am finding NeoBux is very good at the moment. I went gold with few referrals just to get the bonus, and getting 24c every time I hit a dollar in tasks soon adds up :):):)

I think it takes time to earn quite well too. That is something that I couldn't have done without this thread, and all the tips kindly posted on here by Katy, VG, OW, Fee, and many many others (thank you :A). Getting your level up to 3 is definitely key too.

Does anyone else use any other PTC by the way? I do wonder, I see all those sites on the ads but not many others are discussed on here.

Same for me Fee. Although a lot of them are the same survey and say over quota. Had about 12 load up so far.

ditto with the surveys but i think saturday mornings you do seem to get quite afew.

I've seen other PTC in the adverts but my advice is be very careful many people sign up you reach payout and then it doesn't let you for one reason or another. I was very cautious with neobux at the start but i've never had any problems so feel very good about them. so i'm sure there other legit PTC sites.

just be very careful with how you sign up what information you give don't use the same password and make sure your virus protection is up to date etc I've not seen any other PTC sites that i'd be interested in joining.
