On the first page it asked if I was a woman, on the next it asked my age, then it took me to the end page, saying thank you for completing the survey.

There was no attention question in those first two questions that I could see. Unless I managed to miss it, but I don't think so.

I reckon the completion page should've said that I'd been screened out, rather than thanking me for completing and giving me a code that didn't work.

If I remember correctly, if you were not on Mturk you had to type 99999 or something. I then got the CF code. Try again.

I can't try again because it now says that I have completed the study, even though it did not accept the code. There was nowhere to type anything to get a CF code, just the thank you for completing message and the MTurk code - no forward button, no nothing. As I say, I think I must have reached a glitched page somehow - trust me to be different lol.

It's not just you. Exactly the same thing happened to me earlier. Maybe we are the wrong age.:)

Can anyone help with the 17c casino tasks? I keep getting message that I've missed a step, but I've followed all the instructions (I think!)

I imagine it is the bookmarklet ones you are having trouble with as I did yesterday. They are ever so slightly different from the CF extension ones which you don't notice if you don't look closely at the instructions. Follow these steps...

    1. Click the orange button to begin and search for the term in google.

    2. Click the bookmarklet once you have found the result, but only on the page the result is on. If for example it is on google's second page then click the bookmarklet when you are on the second page.

    3. Open the result and click the bookmarklet again, waiting for the timer to finish.

    4. Go to a sub-page and click the bookmarklet, starting another timer.

    5. Click back to go back to the home page and click the bookmarklet one final time for a 5 second timer.

    Thanks - I'll try again!
later - still not working, tried in Chrome and Firefox. have given up for now, my brain's going to sleep. I'm probably missing something really obvious. At least the extension ones work for me.
