    That just happened to me too (told me I lost my Level 1. I'm a Level 2). Puzzled as I haven't used CF for a few days if not more.

    Really can't be bothered to chase it up at the mo'.

    Least it wasn't level 3....some do-able tasks at the moment (finally gave friends and enemies a try).

    I have just had this too! Can't work out why it's Level 1 that's been lost, surely 3 would go first?

    I was on a task and noticed an orange envelope, it was all wrote in foreign, I've since had 4 envelopes in English and am at level 3 with no flags.

    Must be playtime on CF

    Well the messages still keep coming, I'm on my third one at the moment.
    Still keep my level 1 :D.
    The message number 4 arrived, they are really busy tonight.
    Also very kind of them to send me one message in Russian.

    It's a weird glitch with the messaging system according to someworker.

    Oddly enough, whenever I even so much as contemplate having to use CF's messaging system, weird glitches also overcome my normally restrained vocabularly. A torrent of invective is barely held in check.
