They don't usually tell you why if you were flagged, but dispute it anyway. If you can see the task that you got flagged on and you did it as you always do with care and attention then let them know. Katy had a great riposte that she shared with some users on here to help them get their levels back when they were taken because of flagging.
If its not flagging, but your accuracy has fallen off, check that it isn't because of the dodgy test questions. Sometimes they let you back into a task and adjust your accuracy on that task but don't amend your overall accuracy ...though admittedly that seemed to happen more before they changed the system.
