I only know this because I posted here once and someone here was working on a task, did X amount, didn't get paid and it had linked back to me (I'm not saying she damaged my accuracy :rotfl:).
So be super careful
Thanks katy. I confess I put the link in entirely by accident, I was just trying to copy and paste the title of the task. Luckily for me no harm was done!0 -
That's how I was caught out I think haha, but I shared the different link
Took a fair while before i noticed what was going on and Crowdflower were shocked when I finally worked out what the problem was LOL.

Goodbye Skill Tests!
Skill Tests Tab Removal from Contributor Dashboard
On Monday (12/8), we will be retiring "Skill Tests" and removing the tab from your Contributor Dashboard. Skill Tests are no longer actively used to determine your eligibility for Jobs. All Job eligibility will determined by your Performance Level Badges.
Thanks for your cooperation and understanding! ...... this just came up on my task page x0 -
Thanks for posting. It is about time really, skills tests stopped being important a considerable number of months ago for about 98% of all tasksThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

655737 Mark names of locations.
Very similar to Mark names of people! Also 20 x 3c, very quick and easy task (my favourite type).0 -

The only downside i can see with the removal of skill tests is that they override flags or other CF actions.
lets say a task author flagged you unjustly it can take weeks for it to be resolved and for those few weeks you can't do any tasks other than ones without any level. Before when skill tests mattered you could still happily carry on doing the keyword task and review tasks. will that still be the same ?
I can see why they have become irrelevant as its all about what level you are but i can still see where because some task authors are very trigger happy with flags it will just add to the taskers problems if they are flagged.
my premise is that the skills you currently have are now taken away i'm pretty sure thats the case from the statement on CF ?0
