Clixsense, Neobux, Crowdflower 2014/5 thread.

This might have been done before but I have had a thought:
Until recently I accessed Crowdflower tasks through Swagbucks but have shifted to Elite since joining this forum. I also have a Clixense account but have ever used it beyond signing up.
I thought it would be interesting/useful to compare reward for a task between platforms. I have plumped for task number 716079 which is at the top of the task list at present. For ease I have used a conversion rate of 0.6p per Swagbuck and 0.7p per US Cent. I guess that relative payment rates differ between tasks but looking at an example task would give a feel. Swagbucks in comparison with Elite is certainly less but other platforms might be closer.
I'm in the UK so think in sterling but it might be helpful to do Dollar and Euro comparisons too.
I have input information below as a starting point and have left gaps where further info would be helpful. I would have put in a table but I am not that expert with HTML. As this info builds we could start to build a ready reckoner for use into the future.
I'll keep an eye on the info entered and will look to build something simple, even if it's only a comparison table.
Comparison of Task 716079 Reward
Sterling
Elite = £0.52
Swagbucks = £0.18

Possibly but it's probably worth a try and have to start somewhere. My thinking is that somebody with website would need to host a interactive table. If the calculation of the reward for each platform is standard the pattern should be obvious and it would be simple to apply a formula.0 -
I'd say a Google doc would be better than.ally.0

Its an interesting idea. Speaking only from my personal experience, it seems to me that the highest paying platform is either Elite (if the task is on there) or Neo because of the bonuses. Then its either Clix or Instagc.LD 12.25 £1600.00/£0700.00 Fn £274.00 LTFn £525 LLTFn £300

Two surveys on CW this morning, a $1 one and $0.07. I did the $1 first, then the other disappeared so maybe do that one first. Took about two minutes.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Speaking of CW, does anyone know how to get the audio/video tasks to work? None of those ever work for me.
There is one on there atm, but when I click play nothing ever happens.0 -
I can't get the current one to work Fee, I wonder if it is broken. I've not had any other problems recently......well, the last one's I did were last week though.
Can you normally get them to work?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

No, nothing that involves listening or watching something ever works for me. I guess I probably have to download something, I just don't know what0 -

I've completed my first tasks with clickworker and it has prompted me to update my profile, I've done this and added my paypal account details. It then asks for my tax number - happy to pay tax so no real issue but what "number" are they referring to - I have a tax code is this what they are after?0
