Clixsense, Neobux, Crowdflower 2014/5 thread.

Crowdflower told me before that the authors decide which of the sites they want their jobs to go on. As Elite is still new-ish that would explain the differences sometimes, also Elite does get some jobs that the other sites don't, for that same reason.
They don't take deductions like Neobux, Clixsense and others do, but then with bonuses on Neobux (for the higher paid memberships) you can earn more back, so swings and roundabouts reallyThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. Does anyone here work for Appen through crowdflower?
I'm not sure if anyone will confirm if they do, usually because of non-disclosure agreements they may or may not have to signThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

MSE contacted me recently, regarding my signature, and I believe they are going to be running a piece on me in the future. I had to provide proof of my earnings, for quality control purposes, which I did so. I believe they fact check all of their money based articles so if/when it goes up at least any doubt will be silenced for people
I DO have referrals, as Asajj has said, but they don't amount to much of that amount as I track the majority of those payments separately. The only ones I don't (because they are lumped in with surveys earnings) come to around £400. I don't have the exact amount available today or I would provide it
I actually barely make anything myself on Clixsense these days, so it certainly isn't a case of doing everything on this website. I do a number of different things; surveys, paid to click websites, product trials, focus groups, mystery shopping etc.
My survey demographics are ideal. I'm part of a young family and I'm in my mid 20s. I drive a luxury car, work in a managerial position, have a high household income, smoke, drink, eat meat and love technology. All of these things help.
Keep it up, I certainly do not need to see proof it is not my concern.0 -
I did say I wasn't doubting it just that it was good going, You also mentioned you were a stay at home wife so assumed you did not work which is not good for surveys.

I know you didn't disbelieve me and I wasn't assuming you wasI was just letting you, and anyone else curious, know
In the past I've been disbelieved before, which is natural as the amounts are high
I do stay-at-home. My real life job is managerial based at homeI didn't have that when I wrote my signature but I am still a stay-at-home wife, I guess really a work-from-home one. All these labels :rotfl:
It is hard to convey meaning online, I wasn't offended, or assuming you thought I was lying. I wanted to give you some more information on how I got to my signature, as several times on MSE other people have replied about me, without the facts on who I am or how I make my money (not you obviously).
Edited to add - My demographics that I mentioned are those I use for surveysNot everyone is factual on surveys (not admitting I'm not of course but just saying that those are the sort of demographics that are being looked for by a lot of brands). Obviously there are some companies looking for different demographics for small projects but those seem to yield the most results from what I know online. Hope that helps a bit?

No I didn't, don't worry
Just have to convey tone online isn't it

I can't recall who it was but someone mentioned that they used the neobux handymanager and it had a new update with the recycle referrals suggestion how is it going ? would you recommend it ?0

Has anybody tried this one? The corrections are terrible and I'm confident that they will be overturned but it's a case of keep looking to pick up when the issue is rectified.
Suggest that people think very carefully before completing the task. I hit the 7 out of 10 pass mark, notwithstanding the corrections but dropped out two sets of questions later.
To give people a feel in two cases the correction was:
"You said "nothing" and the correct answer was "none".
In actual fact the only option that applied was "no".
Clearly "none" "nothing" and "no" mean the same thing! People can only fail from where I sit. I've got a bit in the tank so far as accuracy is concerned but it will drop if this sort of thing continues and nothing is done.
To be fair to the task author earlier silly corrections in respect of a different version of the same task appear to get sorted within 24 hours.
Update-All Sorted
The corrections were reversed within about 30 minutes, my accuracy shot up from 69 to 92% and I was able to do a few more sets of questions before exhausting the task. Justice seems to have prevailed, on this occasion, at least!0 -

709926 - level one political survey on Neo, 66c
Watch the question "Did you vote in the 2010 election" . I got caught out on this before. The task has become a bit of a game. I have become more concerned about getting through the screener questions than responding to the others that are the whole purpose of the task.
The screener questions may be directing respondees in a way that the task author does not expect. The task has become a psychological game, from my perspective.0
