The big question is this, why they don't want tell us when this problem resolve.
That's why I cash out as soon as I can on any site, you never know and I definitely like my hard earned money on my account rather on theirs.0 -
Probably run out of money, I guess they still have to pay to other sites but could postpone payments for their own contributors.

I think the latter is what we are all trying to do. On Elite you can only cash out (if you can cash out) every 5 days, that can add up to a lot of money given their payments are higher.

Just had a bit of a rant about Persona.ly to CS, this past while they have been fine and I have completed a lot of their surveys. But recently its all went abit pear shaped.
Last week there was the survey which didn't pay, and after a lot of hassle they say I had been paid when I hadn't. Then yesterday there was 2 unpaid surveys, I let it go as their support is that bad I knew I wouldn't get paid anyway and I just couldn't be bothered even trying.
Then today another unpaid survey. So I had enough and wrote to cs explaining all this with a screenshot of todays survey, I told them I didn't bother going to their support team as its rubbish.
Would be nice if they gave them a scolding, told them to get their finger out, and start paying people their rightful earnings.0 -

I have had an unpaid survey from them yesterday on Gifthulk. I made a ticket and they said they had issues with Toluna servers recently and that I should have been paid now. I have checked and it was credited today. Hopefully yours will be sorted too.ally.0 -
