A note to those on Crowdflower Elite. If you request a PayPal payout and then decide to cancel it, even though it didn't get any further than pending and even that for all of about 30 seconds, it will count as a payment request and you won't be able to withdraw for another 5 days.

Lesson learned.

The other day I requested a cashout on CF Elite, it didn't arrive and my balance stayed the same. I had to wait 5 more days, I wonder if I accidentally cancelled it somehow.

I've been lucky on the clixgrid today won two separate lots of 25c. That's certainly never happened before!

I think it would be hard to cancel it by accident. Mine was in pending for seconds and then the two $1 tasks came up so I deliberately cancelled it by pressing the cancel button. Unless you were were checking your payouts whilst it was in pending and you accidentally had a keystroke...

Hmm, who knows then. I've stopped tasking lately and possibly won't for another few weeks at least, so not a big worry... Still was annoying though!

Did anybody else get flagged for this task, or is it just me?

I wrote loads of descriptions and got the maximum bonus on almost every description. Then all of a sudden I received a warning because I had been marked down, immediately followed by a minor flag.

I have disputed the flag but have not heard back yet, have been knocked down a performance level.

It looks like the tasks was marked by fellow CF workers as there was a separate marking task.

I am sure I followed the rules ok but I hit on and odd one where the description related to an individual and not a company at all. I could have fallen foul of this one but have not been given any info beyond the flag.

They don't tell you what you are alleged to have done. Immediately appeal against the flag if you haven't already, and say that you didn't do that one any differently to others. I think KatyKicker has been successful in helping people write the correct thing to get attention to appeals, so if she's not on then you may try sending her a pm to help you.

Sorry to hear you've been flagged John1963. I did some of the tasks where you reviewed content, but not very many as there seemed to be a low limit. Very harsh to get flagged

I do think that task is a struggle, and there's no reason why it should be but there's something about it that just doesn't flow for me.
