Last week I saw a task where I said (for example) yes to all of the answers. Then it corrected my accuracy to 0% saying the correct answer was yes to all that I marked yes to. Now obviously this is a f*ck up but they refuse to acknowledge it and twice sent me the generic rubbish about the 40%.
