What do people think about the ClixAdd On please? I was a bit suspicious and haven't been using it, has anyone had any problems with it? (I'm just paranoid!)This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Well done on your bonuses and thanks xx Maybe you could message TrialPay and see why? Their support usually gets back to you within 2 or 3 days.
Could I have the task number if you've got it please? xThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I'm slightly suspicious of it so I run it under a sandboxie window (basically a browser window insulated from the the rest of the computer). And because it is annoying I tend to disable it after the hour is up (and usually just leave it running when I am having breakfast etc anyway, so don't have to actually see it).0 -

katykicker wrote: »I have a bit of a problem with Trialpay this week.
I deposited £10 on Ladbrokes, to receive $35 back, and they didn't credit me. I raised a ticket, sent a copy of the email welcoming me and then the one confirming I had deposited successfully and received my welcome bonus (indicating I was a new member). Then I was told I had to send a different email, showing the amount deposited, which had never arrived.
I then sent a screenshot over to Trialpay and they advised me that I was not eligible for the offer as I already had a Ladbrokes account. Now I do these offers quite often (providing I can make a profit) but I knew I wasn't with Ladbrokes.
I went back to them again and advised them that I was definitely a member. They then said that because I had completed a paid offer to download Ladbrokes to my iOS device that I was no longer a new member.
I had to go back to them, quite sternly, and explain you don't need to be a member of a website to download an app, open it and be paid! Basically this went back and forth for the last 3 days and the outcome...
They finally gave me the $35! I think perhaps just to shut me up haha!
Be aware of this for anyone intending on doing the offer. It isn't actually like TrialPay to try and avoid paying out (in my experience) but I was annoyed it took so long to sort, still, I had given up on the $35 so that was a nice surprise today.
Im in the process of trying to claim the cents from trial pay, so thanks for posting this Katy. I never recieved a receipt from ladbrokes for the deposit, so have mailed them a copy of the paypal deposit receipt, and a screenshot of my transaction history from ladbrokes, showing my deposit, and ticket purchases. We shall see.Mortgage £242500 on completion
FD CC 11/2014 £5900 (£3900 after BT)
FD loan Approx £5700
Deeply depressing total - £2541000 -
That's ok, have they said why yet?
This was what they said to me along the way:
'Unfortunately we will not be able to issue you credit for Ladbrokes UK Bingo as you did not meet the offer requirements for credit. Please note that in order to qualify for credit, you must sign up with Ladbrokes as a NEW USER. If you were ever a member of Ladbrokes, you would NOT be eligible for credit under any circumstances. You are welcome to select and complete a different offer via our checkout to receive ClixCents for free.'
And then:
'The terms clearly state that you need to be a new Ladbrokes user to complete the offer. On your account, I see a previous offer completion for Ladbrokes Betting iOS. Whether you are joining Betting or Bingo, they are both owned and operated under the same Ladbrokes - and as such - registration on any additional sites would not count as a new membership. We apologize for the inconvenience, we do not create the requirements for offers, our partners do. Based on their instructions, we cannot offer you the reward because you no longer qualify.'
This is part of what I went back with:
'The previous offer was a download of a mobile application, it did not require membership to join.'
