If so you'll want to dispute this instantly.

Besides that my only suggestion is to raise a ticket. Sometimes these are replied to with an automatic message giving some spiel, just hit reply change the title to read REOPEN TICKET at the beginning and that usually puts you into the queue for a real human.

I'm on holiday this week so if I don't reply to anyone I'm not being rude, just not noticed the message/email.

Thanks Katy, I have disputed it but had no response. I've done what you suggested, fingers crossed....four days seems a long time...especially when it's their site at fault

I'm not sure if you'd be aware of this or not Rachel, but there is official Crowdflower presence on the Neo forums now (under the moniker of 'someworker'). He has been responding to some of the threads in the Mini Jobs sections.

Maybe worth posting on there and seeing if you're lucky in getting your issue looked into?

Hope its sorted quickly for you rachelja its annoying when you know its just making that contact with a real person and the level would be back but its the waiting and not knowing if anyone has read it.

i'll be extending the last of my referals on neobux this weekend my next referals don't expire until end of august so should i save for ultimate or just buy more referals ?

i'm making around 175 dollars from my income so could pocket it for a few months and put aside income from june to renew hmmm. I don't need the money so i'd like to reinvest it but not sure what the best options are. just thinking out loud have had a good look at some of the threads on neobux.

Four days is definitely a long time, especially during the week. If you lost levels because of an incorrect flag then technically it is the author in the wrong, but that doesn't help when you're waiting and frustrated of course! We've all been there, hope it gets sorted quickly. I once waited somewhere in the region of 10-12 weeks for it to get sorted, was awful!

Weird that they are on Neobux now, not under an official CF name, after shutting their own support forums last year or the year before. I'm not disputing what you're saying btw Snowcauldron, just seems like a poor use of their resources when they are already stretched.

The task 'easy copy and paste' task number 689718 has expelled me though all answers were correct!
It said I was incorrect even though I used the exact answer it was looking for.
So be aware there are problems with that one.
I chose the 'no' option then it says I am wrong and said you put 'nothing' the answer should be 'no'
How can I choose the option 'nothing' when that option is not even there. It is only 'yes' and 'no' available.
Probably going to be a few flags coming up until the task is put right.

On the Clixsense forums too under the same name (since Feb 6th). A very recent development, by the looks of it. Ha, well I'm assuming its geniune. Looks official enough, but you never know these days. It's certainly using the proper logo.

This was a case of a low IQ author I expect. Flipping awful.
Not only advertising good pay ?! You are copy n pasting about 100 lines in total which take over 30mins to complete properly.
And then, get told your wrong on the 1st instance an given 20% expulsion !
The correction is not only wrong anyway, but the authors option he says you should have picked, doesn't even exist!! Precisely this kind of rubbish why I left CF for a few weeks to cool down. :mad:
For 3c for 30 odd mins work and effort I want the author to personally KMA ! lol
