This is a copy and paste from the message:
If you are in Level 3 and receive a Flag, you just go down to Level 2. We need to have higher standards for Contributors at the highest tier.
(From Brian)
Now my tuppence:
You are not allowed an admin flag at any level. This is documented here:
http://crowdflowercommunity.tumblr.com/
Hope it helpsx
As clear as mud lol but thats CF style
thanks for the reply and clarification0 -
Basically if you are level 3 and get any of the non-admin flags you can still task level 1 or 2. If you are level 2 or 1 you can have more flags, as you have access to lower paying/quality jobs (supposedly).
It is means to be stricter the higher you are, to a certain extent, to ensure only the best work.
Not that I am saying it will 100% work like thatThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
So the Admin Flag is the killer blow it shuts everything down
I still think task authors will just revert to these if they want to flex their task authoring muscles ! It could all be just innocent mistake and someone has pressed the wrong button only CF will know.0 -
I agree, I would if I was a task author. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

The Flag should no longer be visible on your Job History and you may continue working on this Job if it is still running. We apologize for any inconvenience.
hope others get this too
Yes I've got the same message.
Hopefully we will get our levels back soon.0 -
further message regarding the flag
After doing a review of the TaskAuthor’s explanation for the Flag they put on your account for this Job, we have decided to remove the Flag. We do know that some TaskAuthors can be a bit too quick to Flag, so thank you for your patience while we review them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. The Flag should be removed within the next 24 hours. Please note there is currently a bug on this Job that is causing the Flag to continue to display on your Job History although it has been removed. We are working on a fix, but please know that this is not blocking your access to Level Jobs. Thanks again for your patience!
i've looked and no tasks seem appealing just looking at the potentials which has really been the case for afew days. if jobs aren't available by 10pm i might just message or wait until tomorrow but the differing timezones does mean it could be this time tomorrow by the time they are able to do anything about it.0 -
The 'Chose the best webpage for a keyword phrase' task is back. For two URLs this time, not three.
I didn't lose my levels on the two-URL one. Tempted to give it a go, but...am I willing to risk the drama?
Stay tuned for the next episode of Too Flag, Too Furious.
I AM BRAVE. I JUST DON'T KNOW IT....YET.0 -

Just finished the full 100 complement of these. Nothing bad has happened yet. Famous last words.
I've got a few ideas for some new flags, because I don't feel that Crowdflower are utilising their full potential really. I'm thinking a nice chequered flag (for workers who are caught speeding), a white flag (for those who give up too easily)... oh and maybe a pink flag, just dished out at random when the task author suspects a worker might be listening to Wire or any other seminal punk-rock band.NeoBux member since Aug 2013 | 8848 RRs
