I've done 76 so far, but feel as if I'm playing with fire. I'm doubtless an idiot for ploughing on. Especially given the image I've just had to endure involving a tubby bloke, a full length mirror and his pet snake. Oh my eyes.

I'm carrying on with the keyword task as well I didn't get flagged last time and 50 was the cap and it's the same job number so not sure of a limit yet.

unless CF work at weekends i doubt you'll get much luck from sending a ticket. i think katy did mention that brian stated that level 3 contributors would be lowered to level 1 and 2 until it was reviewed. i've hardly done any tasking over the past few days but thats just me being lazy lol

Just catching up with the thread here and I can't believe how many people are getting flagged.
Crowdflower will find people rapidly going off the tasks altogether and then there will be tasks they can't get finished.
Just staying safe myself not doing as much concentrating my efforts everywhere else and just pick and choose on the easy tasks.
Crowdflower need to sort things so people just do not get flagged so quickly.

i think if what brian says is true and level 3 contributors don't lose all levels just level 3 that may reassure people and give us more confidence to do tasks. The amount of time it takes from being flagged to that being reviewed is important too it should be hours not days but that probably is unrealistic with weekends and different time zones etc

I wouldn't touch that keywords task again, even if it was for $1 each, not worth the hassle. The level 3 thing must be very recent as I lost all levels on Monday and I'm level 3.

I agree with Nicky, CF do seem like a bunch of students working from their garage. It would be nice if it was a professionally ran business, and we all had the confidence to do any task without any nonsense, but that doesn't seem very likely.

Also, they have more staff than the 3 people who reply to tickets. I know this as I have access to a forum where I speak to other staff members. They just have different purposes of course.

My flag was reviewed in under 8 minutes yesterday night, just depends if it is office hours I guess. Also the level 3 thing down to level 2 is correct, it is what happened to me last night. Then there was a blip and I could only access level 3 then 3 and 1 then level 2 as well :rotfl:

It is literally days old So hopefully it will be implemented properly.

As Brian said to me yesterday obviously the authors are the people paying for the tasks and if they flag they flag. I just hope that they do keep working at trying to make it fairer on us contributors. After all a lot of us here are the ones that complete literally thousands of jobs a year and work hard for little pay, so without us, and others, they wouldn't have anyone to complete the tasks.



It is really frustrating that we are all scared to complete tasks and I've said as much, but doesn't mean much I imagine :rotfl:
