The important thing is that you had a blowout at 30mph and weren't hurt. That's what really matters here.
Hope you get a break in the weather.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Gallygirl is right AND because you had started your emergency fund you could pay for it. It is panicky but you can do it. Keep getting stuff up to sell it really does add up. I also scarfed loads of stuff my family were happy to get rid of and sold that.0

Just plodding away on ebay weather meant to imrove tomorrow. 85 items up now, starting to get quicker as i go and i find myself obsessively checking for bids/watchers. Il be alright just too close to the breadline for my liking, once out of this position i find myself in, i wont be getting back into it, thats for sure. Still not heard back from HMRC its almost like they dont want any money from me anymore. Need to kick start into working out, busy with work tomorrow and Satuday, hopefully wake up motivated on Sunday and get a weights and cardio session done in the morning.:eek:Living frugally at 24

85 items - absolutely brilliant. I knew you would do it. Hope the better weather is with you and you can get back to work soon. Good luck getting over the next few weeks. It will get better once January is over, hopefully better weather is round the corner.0

Well iv been off all this week and not listed the 10-12 items i have left to go on ebay, im actually considering putting them to the charity shop. Of the items on ebay i have took in £413.56. I also have done 2 Sunday car boots since then and taken around £300 from the two of them. Minus small fuel and burger at Sunday car boots, i reckon im £700 up.
Im really out of items now besides that 10 or so that are here. Iv been so busy parcelling up and posting items this week that i am really tempted to just give them away. I have no clutter in my house now so a double boost really, and the extra money just a weight off my shoulders with me not earning for about 2 weeks of 2015 already.
I know il crack on once the weather picks up, its just about ticking over making sure everything gets paid for while saving where i can until then.
Feel so sad getting excited over ebay sales but i reckon its saved me as its paying my half(£600PCM) of the mortgage and bills this month. I do however need new work clothes, not sure how much longer i can make do without!
Sorry for the break from the forums, iv still checked in every few days, now im back on track im back for good and will give much more regular updates.:eek:Living frugally at 24

Selling on eBay like you are doing is a full time job but when you aren't working........looks like yet again you are doing well. The mortgage is paid and hopefully the weather will improve and you can start real work. Is clutter free nice?0

Have you considered going down this route, OP?
It's not an easy decision but scraping along in griding poverty for anything upto a decade as you try to service your debt isn't great either.0
