The Springboard is not a comparison as it is a specialised product.
We don't know your case so cannot recommend a product but 4 observations:
1. The products quoted are competitive for 5% deposit
2. The important thing is which lender will lend - a quote means nothing
3. Why is the broker asking you to chose - he/she should be recommending the most appropriate product
4. Don't use the broker in the Estate Agency that is working for the seller to get the property sold at the best price possible - the forum is awash with horror stories based on this scenarioI am a Mortgage Broker

Hi All,
Just been reading your comments and noticed amnblog is a mortgage adviser. Me and my partner are currently waiting to hopefully get our mortgage offer through from Post Office via the Mortgage Advice Bureau.
Obviously they have been contacting the post office for us but they are being a bit slow and i wondered if i can contact the post office direct or whether that is frowned upon?
Thank you in advance!0 -
Contacting the lender direct when you are using a mortgage broker is a no-no.
That way lies confusion.
Always go to your broker for updates.I am a Mortgage Broker
